Trip planning is currently complex and time-consuming, as users struggle to gather scattered information from various websites, leading to unmet expectations, especially for multi-destination itineraries.
Frequent disappointment when the destination falls short of expectations.
A challenge in planning a group trip and must use another chat app.
Finding info for multiple destinations on a lengthy trip is time-consuming.
